Would me already haveing a kid effect child support for my new baby from a different dad? I already have a son that's turning 3 and am about to have another child by a different dad. He doesn't have any kids. I don't work that much, b/c I'm just about a full time mom, but I still make more then him. Would me already haveing a kid effect child support for my new baby? Would it change child support for my other child when I start receiveing it from this dad? |

No to all your questions, if you have a child support order for one child and you are having another child by another man, then you would need to file for child support from that childs father after the baby is born. The sate usally determines the amount of child support to be paid by what both parents earn, when the state calculates your income as long as your not paying out child support to someone else for a child from a pervious marriage your fine.
