I filed head of household i was laid off from my job january 14, this year and have been getting unemployment all year approx. $12,500 and no taxes taken out. i also recieve $800 a month for child support i have 1 child that i claim. will i owe money or get any back?
Money was tokken out of my taxes 2 times. nothing was sent back even put in a request. no response. what do i do to recieve the over payment back?
I owe student loans and they are in default. but my ex owed over 3000.00 in back child support. the state att. gen. of texas is holding this back child support payment for an indefinite amount of time. can they take this back payment for my student loans even though it is considered their income...
