Why child support does not enforce it? Ohio Child support has not enforced any support over the years for my daughter. She is 21 years old now and her father owes over $25,000. When he doesn't pay, child support does nothing. and when he pays bits and pieces, child support says they are waiting until he stops paying to rush him to court. This is so frustrating. What can I do to make the father pay what he owes. Please help me. |
