Why am i paying child support He got 1 child and i got 1 child. mine turned 18 first and i was getting child support. the judge stopped my child support because he said that way when she turned 18 i wouldnt have to pay any child support. it was put in my divorce papers. after she turned 18 he went to child support and applied for it. now i have to pay and i dont even make enough to live on myself. before she turned 18 i was buying both kids school clothes and my daughter the one i had custody of needed brases on her teeth for a medical reason not to straighten her teeth it was 700.00 for just 3 brases. i asked him to help me pay it and he flat said no. he didnt help me what so ever in school cost or anything and now they want me to pay. i dont see where it is fair to me or to my daughter. what can i do to stop this. |
