When does obligagtion end on child support?
My child is 18, junior in high school. he graduates in june of 2011. i have to pay child support until he graduates. but if he is considered an adult( court states he is considered an adult) at the age 18 why cant i pay the boy child support instead of the ex? i live in california
Son turns 18 in march and graduates high school in may. what form(s) do i need to end my child support? my divorce decree reads that support shall be paid until child reaches the age of majority but continuing until child is graduated from high school
