What percentage of income is considered in calculating child support in Florida Custodian Parent and Non Custodial Parent:

Custodial Parent reported earning $20,691. Non Custodial Parent earned $33,900 and in that amount $11,000 was un- employment conpensation. What percentage figures are used to approximately determine the amounts due by each parent?
(1) _____percentage of Custodial Parent $20,691 = ______
(2) _____ percentage of Non Custodial Parent $33,900 = _____

If you're going off your 2009 income statements, and the NCP is still unemployed, the NCP can request the support calculation reflect his current income instead of what he was able to earn prior to the loss of the job.

Of course if the NCP is re-employed, the current earnings would go into the calculation.
