What legal form is needed to request a reduction in child support payments

I have recently started recieving Social Security Disability payments and have fallen behind in support payments due to my disability.
They are taking 70% of my SSD check and want even more. I can't make it and will be homeless in the very near future if I don't get some good advice on what can be done. I can't afford an attorney at this time and without one I don't even know where to begin.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you...Mike

The document that is needed is for reduction in payment is called either a "Motion for a modification" or a " Petition for modification" It differs from state to state

Since this is a vintage state-specific question, for those wanting to know the answer, Google "(your state) court forms". In most situations - but not all - this search function will take you your state's judiciary website, where you can than click-on the section for "Family Law" or similar heading to find a motion for modification of child support.

Some states, such as Missouri - are county-specific, but very few Missouri counties have self-help sections where you can find the appropriate form. You can sometimes go to the counties that are available and cobble together what you might need for your county when faced with such a situation.

Failing all of that, you will need to contact your local legal aid office or pay a visit to a law school library, where most staff are usually more helpful than asking a court clerk.
