What is considered "underemployed" in MN child support law? Was wondering what they think underemployed is? I work 40 hours, so technically I am not underemployed, correct? Any help or insight would be great appreciated. |

I am married to a man with 2 childreen who don't live with him. he is providing child support but now his ex wants to be re-valuated for child support. we have a child together. would having a child chages the current child support.
