I am not understanding what over payment. you pay 400.00 and it estimated you at 550.00 you are paying less then what it estimated are you taking into consideration cheer and the other stuff? Well dont. you do that because that is the things your daughter would like to participate in and it makes her happy and thats what matters isnt it? if you and ex were still together im sure you would be paying more anyway and first of all that is just an estimator to give an idea what it MAY be and if you think 100.00 a week is alot for child support its not take into consideration everything it is to help paying for if you should take this back to court you may just regret it and have to pay more support and then you will be complaining even more

This is confusing what your saying is you should be paying $550.00 by the calculation sheet, yet you have a support order enforced though the courts for $200.00 a month and yet your paying $400.00 and I am not sure if your paying $200.00 though the court and then paying an additional $200.00 on extra exspences like school ect. When trying to figure out all this what by what your saying this is how I figure it. You have been over paying $200.00 a month because your putting out the extra $200.00 that is not court ordered, so in your eyes you have been over paying, but the catch here is if you are paying an additional $200.00 whether it be in cash ,check or by buying or paying for schol supply's ect then you can consider that as a gift, and the court will not consider it as over payment, you gave it because you wanted to so you have lost it all, as for the extra $50.00 that you believe that you should of been ordered to pay, that with the $200.00 stipulated order for child support and th $200.00 you have chose to pay on your own say this, you owed only $200.00 and that is all that you owed for anthing above that is a gift and what the calculation sheet states is just an estimante and it does not matter anyways, the court will not go back on the $450.00 that you believe you should be paying. My sujestion is pay the $200.00 and be lucky that the child support has never been increased, and if you want to give another 200.00 or $250.00 to make you feel that your giving what you believe you should be then give it.
