What happen if the father don't want to take a dna test?

My ex boyfriend don't want to take the dna test and keep saying that is not his kid. What should I do or how do I get him in to take the dna test to flie for child support?

It sounds like one would have to see a judge and get a court ordered DNA test. If he fails to comply with a court order then they could go looking for him.

You can file for child support bu going to the court house, the burden of proof is upon the father to prove he is not the father, the court can still grant your petition for child support, when this is done the father has the legal right to ask for a DNA test if he feels he is not the father and if this happens and he is nt the father he then can file a petition asking the court to stop his child support. You do not need a lawyer to file for child support.
