What does the Fl. child support law that governs back child support involveing notification of parentle obligation

Is there any obligation to notify possible paternal fathers with regaurd to back support amount?

If an order is in place for child support by the court, they should be making an attempt to notify the parent. In other words, if you know there is one out there and are simply avoiding getting served thinking this will help you in not paying, it won't. Your best bet is to get in there and be served as soon as possible so you can make arrangements to pay your back support and get caught up. Once the order is there, you owe. Period.
