What are the Possibilities of Child Support payments to be stopped?

I am a wife of 2 children, my children are currently receiving child support payments from Australia CSA. My husband wants my children to be applied for their migration visa which require letter of consent with my signature. I am also willing for his plan if it is for the good of my children to be migrated in Australia.

The only thing I worry about is the possibility of my husband to use the consent letter to stop the current child support payment that he is paying right now. Is it possible for him to use the Consent letter of migration for the VISA application of my children? Is it possible do for him to use it to create fake agreements or other documents that would stop him from paying child support? Thanks in advance.

If your intuition is telling you that your husband has some devious plan to avoid child support, and is manipulating the lives of the children for that main purpose, this is a matter than has to be brought to the attention of the family court immediately.

The court will have to use its investigators and counselors to get at the truth. The children are innocent. Their welfare and their lives are at stake. They can not be used as pawns to satisfy your husband's greed.

If I were you, I would contact the family court without hesitation.

As far as I can understand, you are affraid that your husband will abuse the consent letter to avoid the child support he is paying right now. Besides, he already convinced you that the migration will be good for your children. Are you sure? I do not know how old are your kids, but most probably you should think twice before you decide to re-locate them.

What concerns me most it is that you are thinking about migrating to Australia with a husband you evaluate as a man, capable of letting his own children down without child support. What about you and your future in Australia? In case you move to Australia, are you going to be able to provide for yourself and your children? I doubt you can count on the help of your husband.

Can my childs child support payments be cut off because my child now receives social security. What I'm asking is, can my child receive both.
