My single daughter and her two children ages: 10months and 1 yr. live with me. their noncustodial father wont work or pay child support. he has never paid a dime. my daughter is working part time and has no way to pay for all their care. he just started attending the fatherhood program to drastically cut what he says is his amount to pay if its ever enforced. she has a case against him about his child support opened since last year. he refuses to pay her but tells the child support services he will pay. their is no money sent and he refuses to get both children on visitation. he choosesto see the oldest. we dont know what to do to get her child support. the local office isnt helping. We cannot afford an attorney to help as we are hardly making ends meet now.
