Validating Income for Child Custody My son and his x-wife have 2 small children and my son works as a fireman in L.A. and provides his tax returns and check stubs to validate income. His x-wife was fired a few years as an R.N. and works through registries and moves around from registry to registry. She and her attorney will not provide the last three year's tax returns because she is lying about her income. My attorney continues to request the tax returns and they do not provide it. How do we get it so ther is fairness in the child support calculations. |

You can have your attorney have a judge ask for them not asaying it will work but its worth a chance see if the judge to get the information you might be able to go through the registrys to get the informations to it might be you will have to ask the registry to give them to you so you can verify the earnings
