Nj law: child will turn 18 years old; have been paying child support as ordered etc. ex-wife moved to nyc approx. 3 yrs ago. is she required to follow ny law or nj? soon child will be 18. how do i nulify child support order due to adult age of child?
Does california law say that child support shoul continue until the child reaches 18 years of age or does child support stop after the child has graduated high school even though the child is still 17.
