Tax question for child support If i live in ohio and the obligor lives in alabama how will i get his tax return and what if he doesnt file but has the childsupport taken out of his check |

If he is back on his child support payments you would need to fill out a form that is required by the IRA to get his tax refund. As long as he works he should be either recieving a refund or paying in. If he has child support taken out of his pay check it does not have anything to do with his taxes. You might want to go online to childsupportandtaxes.com for additional information.
