To do that you will have to take him to court and get the judge to listen to the case no its not right but the law doesn't take that into effect but what they will due is take the kids best interest at heart when asking this question they will adress it as to what is better for them

You didn't pay, back child support cannot be "forgiven", regardless of his behavior. Someone was feeding, clothing and putting a roof over their head.

Did you stop paying when they were removed, but before the order was changed, or had you not paid for a period of time before then?

Thanks to all that wrote me back ......i just dont know what to do i dont have the money to pay and i just hope and pray that i wont be put in jail cas my kids only have me to care for them :( i just wish there was a better way ......do u think if i was to try and pay even a small amount of money every month that that would keep me from ever going to jail ?
