Saskatchewan vs B.C guidelines I have a son who turned 18 in June 2010. Ive had an informal agreement that I payed an agreed upon amount. This agreement was in place for 16 years. Nothing is in writing. I have bank statement reciepts. He was born in Saskatchewan and lived here til he was 2. He was in Edmotnton , Alberta til he was 10 or 11 then moved with his mom to B.C where child support guidelines say I have to pay til hes 19. Because we have no formal agreement and the original amount formally agreed upon was based agreed upon in Saskatchewan will i have to pay for another year? |
