Retiring Father

My ex husband is retiring in Oct 2008. He is now paying LESS than the Georgia Child Support calculator requires for his 65,000 income. When he retires, he will make approximately $3150/month gross. What do we do to determine what his new payment will be? Should I go to the Georgia Child Support office or what should I do? Thanks
