Pennsylvania Child Support Laws If you have never filed for child support, can you file if your child is in college but is now 21 years old? Can you ask for him to pay a restitution or something to at least help with college tuition? |

I work for guthrie credit union in sayre, pa. we have received 2 child support levys from new york state and i am not familiar with the laws pertaining to out of state child support levies for pennsylvania financial institutions. how do i proceed with these levies?
They r having marital problems but father still lives in household and no custody has been established. can the mother file for child support according to pennsylvania laws
