Ohio child support laws last names? When a child is given the mothers last name and not the biological fathers can she still collect child support from him? |

Yes the mother can file child support she can name the father,and the burden of proof is upon the father to take a DNA test to prove parenty,when and if he does this then he can file for visitations.
