Ohio child support college My daughter is getting ready to go to college and her mom is disabled "so she says" will i have to pay support when she is in college |

Her mother doesn't dictate Ohio statute which says child support is paid until the age of 18, 19 if still in high school, then it is over. The diploma is then taken to the County Child Support Agency and support is stopped. There is no provision for support after age 19, unless it was stipulated by your divorce decree which is authorized by the judge with permission of both parents at the time of the divorce.
