Nevada or Missouri Laws?

My divorce & child support for my daughter was filed in Nevada several years ago. I now live in Missouri with my wife of 10 years & our 2 sons. My ex-wife is claiming an enormous amount of back child support being owed. There is an amount owed, but not even half of what she is trying to claim ( I have proof of payments that were made). I have been unemployed for several months. I have asked for a hearing concerning my support order, but have yet to be scheduled one. Do I have to follow Missouri laws, or Nevada laws to file for a reduction in my support owed? I also am contemplating giving up rights to my daughter(that is a whole other issue in itself). Again, do I file in Missouri courts, or do I file in Nevada? I cannot afford to fly back & forth for court appearances. Also will the courts use the Nevada Child Support calculator, or Missouri since I live here now(& hopefully soon will be working again)? Any help would be graetly appreciated. Thank You...

I am not an attorney but I have had to deal with plenty of child custody issues in the past so take this for what it is...

Any time I have had to deal w a child custody issue it has always had to be delt with in the State that the child currently resides. I had an issue with a case that was filed in Hawaii but we moved to Nevada. Hawaii didn't want anything to do w the case cause we were no longer residents, Nevada didn't want anything to do with it cause it was originally filed in Hawaii. We had to file a motion to relieve Hawaii of the case and have it transfered to Nevada's jurisdiction and then file the necessary paperwork in Nevada.
