My sons mother was taking me to court for delinquincy of support payments, and a day before the court hearing she went in to dissmiss the hearing. Then she signed her child support right over to the courts what are the implications and effects of thi Will there be less pressure on me do be on time and payed up? and does this mean she will not be able to take me back to court? or push the courts to raise or modify. |
