My oldest daughter is going to college in 3 weeks and she will be 18 in september. Do I have to have the wording of my child support order to have him continue to pay child support for her until she graduate.

I was recently told that it is a law in Minnesota for the other parent to pay child support with the child is a fulltime student. If I need a new order to say so its fine. We havent had the original order modified because one child is off but his pay went up and so does his child support order. I just need to know what is the best thing to do.
