My divorce was in 2002. My daughter is 18. birth date 5-11-90. My ex-wife said her lawyer informed her that child support law had changed and now I have pay child support till she turns 19 or graduates from high school. Our divorce decree states 18 or graduates from High school. She said it was revised in 2007.

If the child has graduated it ends at the age of 18 now if the child is still in high school the ammendment is in place till the age of 19. If the child hasn't graduated by the time she is 19 it doesn't matter unless spelled out in your orriginal court order which is grandfathered in to the new ammendments.
