My daughter will be 18 in 2 months finishing up with high school going on to college does her father have the right to stop child support?

My daughter will be 18 in January, she will be graduating high school in May. Does he father have the right to stop paying child support or does he have to keep paying whild she is still in school.

Depending on your state's laws... I believe you have to keep paying child support until... The child turns 19.
