My child father said that he is not working But I have proof that he is working, the child support services

The father can say he is not working all he wants to but he still has to pay his child support. The back child support will just continue to grow in back erorrs. You can file against him for contempt of court for non child support payments. Your right child support division can find out that he works and where,also if you know where you can report that to them or to the court. If he were not working he would need to of contacted the court and file a motion to try to have his child support payments lowered,that he could do but he can't just stop paying. The courts can take his drivers licence away for not apying his support,he can spend some time in jail also and they can also garnish his nwages and take his incom tax refund if he has one coming.

In the state of nj if the mother and father share custody 50/50, the mother is not working, the father is working, never married both living in their parents houses, what would the father have to pay in child support, and would the mother have to pay anything. the father also has baby on his insurance.
My children's father has been off work since december of 2008 for a medical condition. is there a way to get help getting child support or is there a program to help children out that their parents aren't working with this kind of situation? thanks , in desperate need of help(staci)
