Is it legal to post pictures of a deadbeat dad? The father is over $30,000.00 behind in child support. Nothing is really being done about it through child support recovery. Imagine that! Would it be legal to post pictures of the deadbeat dad with informatiom about him? |

I have seen billboards on the highway with pictures of deadbeat dad's and the amount they owe and a number to call if you know where they are. I think these are done by the child support enforcement agency though I'm betting if they can do it you can do it. You might want to call a lawyer in your area to double check but I don't think there's anything illegal about it. Good luck getting paid! Around here they throw them in jail when they find them and only let them out to go to work. No joke.

Support order was issued in new jersey and now the deadbeat dad lives in philly. he never has been picked up by bench warrant regarding the back child support.
We have contacted our local domestic realations office in scranton, pa regarding child support payments in arrrears by a deadbeat dad, who lives and works in the next county from us, why they have warrant out on him, and they don't go after him, and sure they must have his social security number...
The father of my 2 children took me to court to lower his support from $160.00 a month to $50.00 a month on count of being "100% disabled." he is on ssd and ssi. both of my children recieved money until they were 18 years of age from ssd. now both being 18 and 19 they only get the $50.00...
