Yes just go to the bank the money is bieng held. and yes that money is supposed to be used for the child not things for like that.

It's not a crime for her to give him permission to charge a fare or whatever to her card. Where do you come from that lending money or gifting to another person is illegal?

So long as she's not getting herself evicted for not paying the rent, getting the lights and water shut off for not paying the bill, and her children have food to eat and clean properly cared for clothing, it's really no one else's business how she spends that portion of her total monthly income.

If the mother knows or allows someone else to use the card it is not a crime....not a wise situation, but not a crime. I would like to know, why are you so concerned about this situation if the mother is not? If the mother feels that the card was stolen or misused with out her consent or her knowledge SHE needs to report it...NOT YOU! There is nothing you can do to verify this information if you are not a party to this. If you are the non custodial parent and you are concerned that your money is not being used for the child or children, I would suggest you take it up with your attorney...but if the children are clean, fed, clothed and have their needs met, I feel that it would be hard to prove that she is not taking care of them with your money

If the mother recieves her child suppport though a card usally the card just allows her to get the money off it, it would not be like a debit card or visa or mastercard. So if the mother took the card and got the cash she woud of had to give the money to the boyfriend, so something does not ad up here, if she allowed him to withdraw the money off the card by giving him her pin number then this is not illegal. If the boyfriend took the card and used it without the mothers consent and she files with the bank the card was stolen then they will refund her the money after they investagate. If this was a card for child support it is to be used on the children however the courts do not make a parent show where the money goes, so it would be hard to prove that the money did not go on the children.
