Illinois Child Support Guidelines When Non-Custodial Parent [Indiana] Losses His Job I have been unemployed for 16 months. I am paying a percentage of my unemployment comp toward child support. The custodial parent [lives in Illinois] has taken this matter back into the courts knowing my situation and is suing me for MORE money. What's my defense now; and then, what happens when unemployment runs out from the FED? Thanks! |
