If my ex took FMLA, can I impute salary for annual child support recalculation? In other words, if her employer didn't have to pay her, do I? (in Colo Child support is recalculated every year due to my variable income. Ex took 6 weeks of FLMA. She will likely claim a reduced income, thus increasing child support payment. Can I impute her salary in Colorado? |
