If ex wife moves out of state does tennessee law still apply? Does the child support laws still apply |

I am thinking that you are the father in Tennessee. Your ex has the children. She has moved with them to where? At what stage is your case?
If you have an open case in Tennessee, you will continue to hear the case in Tennessee. Any orders in effect are in effect. Another state will enforce support orders. It is best to register with the child support agency where she has moved.
If you owe child support, short of the children reaching the age of majority, you will owe any order unless that order is terminated or modified.
