I think I am being overcharged child support arrears in North Carolina. Old case (1998) from Nevada, Children are now in their 20's, arrears only. Orig. order from NV. states 325/month support and 100/month arrears. Foreign support order says "Collection of arrears Only" North Carolina is making me pay the full amount of 425/month. When I asked CSE worker about it, she said they have to follow orig. order.

I believe you'd owe the full amount of $425 a month. Even though your child is no longer a minor, the law requires collection of child support in arrears. It doesn't say, "Only pursue child support matters until the child turns 18 and then let them go."
You could ask the CSE worker for the appropriate statutes that govern their collections to read the specifics for yourself.
