I heard a co-worker talking the other day and it sounds fishy. He is paying child-support and has remarried. He talked about divorcing his new wife an State of Florida.

I think if this is true it will back fire, however ease dropping is not a good thing. I would act like I heard nothing and then not ease drop anymore. But to educate you I will tell you ths the father cannot file for a divorce inorder to pay his current wife alimony, because you have to be married ten years to get almony.
