How to modify order. Our child support order was set less then a year ago, each paying 50%. Now one earns about $8000 more and the one paying it earns about $8000 less. In addition the one paying it is ordered to pay half of work related childcare directly (not through child support reciepting), but he hasn't paid since the order to affect. How do we change this, to include the past and present work related child care, as well as reflect the difference's in income. Is there a child support calculator anywhere? |
