How much should someone expect to pay in child support for a second child with a different woman? Currently paying $267 child support plus $148 court ordered medical support on a first child by another woman. Annual income is $23K. In Texas, how much child support should he expect to pay for the second child including any medical? |

Child support is based on between 15 and 20 precent of you total yearly incom,even when paying child support for another child. You would need to file a motion with the court under hardship to get a lower child support payment ordered though the court. If you do not file a motion then you could be paying the same as your paying for the other child. You can go online to lawsonchildsupport.com for additional information.
