How does my daughter's dad get away with not paying child support when he has visitation and child support enforcement knows everything about him He doesnt pay child support yet he has visitation. He lies to child support enforcement and they let him. He doesnt file taxes because he knows i will get it. |

It happens my ex keeps getting a drs note to say he is physically not able to work but he can work as a greater at walmart for all i care this has gone on for years he works under the table and doesnt get caught then he gets cash assistance of 200.00 a month but if i needed help they would give me money but take my support the system stinks he owes me over 12000.00 and now both my kids are over 18 so whats next nothing I know it doesnt help your situation but aside of you doing everything you can the legal way and now just wait to see what happens im always told what comes around goes around im still waiting
