How do i locate the child support enforcement agency in aurora co? I have an issue with child support. My son's father has never paid support in the 36 years. I am looking to retrieve back support and can not get the answers needed to do so. There is an interstate case and can't get answers from them on order to take care of this matter. |

You don't mention in which state your child support was ordered but you say it is an interstate matter.
Some states do have a statute of limitations involved when it comes to back child support collection. In many of those states, you would have approximately 10 years from the time the child became a legal adult to file for back support. Colorado has no such statute of limitations.
