The problem is not that attorneys are afraid to go up against powerful people. The truth is that there are many attorneys who absolutely love to go up against powerful people and would relish the chance to take down a powerful judge or legislator. Remember Kennith Star and Bill Clinton? Attorneys are not afraid of judges. Just ask any attorney if you're not convinced of this. But you must have a winnable case. No attorney will take a case that they don't think they can win.

Unfortunately, the fact that you are unable to find an attorney who will take your case means that you most likely don't have a case. That is what the attorneys who decline your case are trying to tell you.

You might try contacting the local media (i.e., one of the "consumer advocate" reporters). However, if they also are not interested, then the reality is there is not a lot more you can do. I would try to accept this and move on. Best of luck to you.

You have to get it known to judges that way you would have attorneys and judges it very hard to get any attorney involved because like you said they don't want to go up agianst the attorney general or the state if you was to run into a college that have attorneys or potencial college grads that want to make a name for them selves might be the only way of getting it done

I see. It is not that I don't have a case. I have been told directly by an attorney in the state of interest that I have a case. The only issue, as stated before, is the possible blow back and damage to their relationship with the Attorney General's Office.

You called that right! It is sad that no one cares anymore, it use to be that if you went to school to become an attorney you would stand up to the biggest of them but not any more. Like you said there are so many deals made and through all of those deals you are sold out. You will be made promises that will never come true and then they will tell you well I think we should just drop it and you move on. Yeah right when the fact of the matter is that they have alreadey made their deals got their cuts and moved on and suggest that you do the same. How sad that this is what our world has come to that no one does the jobs that they have been sworn to do. We now have to learn how to advocate for ourselves, form a group of people and we all do some research and we bring our reasearch together and help one another, because it certainly doesn't seem like anyone else is trying to help. Especially not the attorneys, they have made friends in all of the corporate offices and therefore we have no help! Good Luck and I will Pray for you.
