How do I cancle Child Support services? I am the custodial parent and I no longer want or need child support enforcement, how do I get them to stop going after the no custodial parent? |

Depending on the reason you want to stop the child support order, you can file a motion asking the court to stop your court ordered child support . This has beeen done, but the court is the only one that can stop a child support order, if you are with the father then you can tell the court that, you can go online to your county court house and down load the forms to modifly your orignal child support order. Until this is done the non-custodial prent will have to continue to pay the child support, and if hr/she is back in errears the court will not deduct those back payments.
