Hi Help_Thx getting personal information is hard unless you know someone a friend or family member that is willing to give you some information. The best thing that you can do is file a petition with the court asking the judge to order the father to bring in all his bank statements, all proof of income, if he is recieving any checks from an insurance company theey would be on his statement. If the father owes back child support then you can file this petition that is the only way the court will order his bank statements. He has to show all income, including any settlements direct deposits ect. You can also consult with a lawyer that offers free consutaton they may be able to tell you other options you can take. I believe going though the court is your best otion. I will research your state on your state laws and try to find any other options that may be available for you. You can go though the court and try to find the docket as alisRN sujested, however you need information to get the docket information like the date, ect. If this even went to court and not settleed outside of court that also makes a difference.
