How can i find out where dead beat dad is working so i can collect child support payments He is hired thru a union hall. have already sent child support collection all union info but union wont release info on name of contractor he is now working for.There is a court order. Child support collection unit has seized his tax returns and bank acct in the past but due to privacy laws they are not told where he is working they just get the money - help |

If he's behind on child support, and the union is blocking your way to supporting a child, the union is going to find out in a hurry that the federal government has some power behind it, enough to levy a pretty stiff fine against the union, or even a jail sentence against union officials who conspire in hampering efforts to collect court-ordered child support.

However, your local court and its collecting agency should be doing this collection work for you.
