Its stressing me out because i dont know what to do....i keep bringing it up to him and he tells me he doesnt want another baby....he doesnt want the child support along with it....I asked him what he would do if he was the father...he replied being a smart @ss...shoot myself!

They changed my due date from april 13/14th to may 11th back in november....i realized i was pregnant is August....but its now feb and i didnt start showing until after christmas so i know that my due date is wrong by the ultrasound done back in november.

How do you KNOW it is wrong? I mean you are asking questions in a way that seems to WANT the child's father to be who you want it to be. How do you KNOW is is not the child of your boss?

Is the Baby's Daddy asking for proof? Does he even know that there was another guy in your life that could possibly have been the father? Is it a problem because of the whole due date mix up?

Honestly, if you know he's the dad and he is using this as an excuse to get out of paying support, then I would have the paternity test if I were you. That is the only conclusive proof. The date the baby is born will not really prove all that much to him, if he wants to doubt your word. The only way to prove, for certain, that he is truly the dad is to have the paternity test done. What do you have to lose?

I know its not my boss's baby cuz i would have had my period a few days after having sex wit him! and like i said I didnt have my period at all in august....plus one of my other friends said i 'felt" different during sex when i started dating him. which i didnt start dating him until the 2nd week of august.....

He knows everything about me its not even funny! but he wants to avoid paying child support if the baby is his but i brought up the fact if i make him take a paternity test and it does come up as his baby...then he has to pay child support....im 95% sure the baby is my exs cuz based on dates and stuff it doesnt add up to my boss.....

You can explain to him that based on the date of conception that he would be the father. Beyond that, if he doesn't want to be with you and you need child support, the court will order him to take a DNA test and once that is received, they will assist you in getting child support. I suggest just taking a dna test just to double make sure..

Nothing is 100 percent..even doctors get it wrong sometimes too..however, a DNA test will clear up everything. once the test results come and he still acting up, then call the child support people..I find it sad that it takes other people to force someone to take responsiblity of their situations..good luck to you.

And you don't have to convince the baby's father (not babydaddy, that is also not a word in the English language) that it is his, the courts will REQUIRE a DNA test and REQUIRE him to pay regardless of whether or not he already has two kids for which he's paying. If he doesn't want to pay child support for another child, then he should have kept his pants zipped or put on a condom.

Read what you have written. This man has other children and does not pay their child support. Based on that it is very likely that he will not help you either even with a DNA test.

I realize that you have said that you don't want a DNA test, but it is the only way to be 100% sure, and also the only way to get child support ordered.

Please think about how you are going to take care of your baby as a single mom, because if it his baby that is what you will be. It is better to figure that out now and prepare for it than to wait and suffer because you didn't prepare.

If he refuses to get a DNA test then get the courts involved and they can force him to take the DNA test to take responsibility if the child is his. A man should take care of his children and kids benefit from having a father and knowing who he is!

If he doesn't want to pay child support, then he will not go gently into that good night. I doubt you will have much luck swaying him with words alone regarding his paternity. However, if you're certain he's the father, you need to simply tell him and make him aware of the fact that he will have another child to support. This is a very old post, but for anyone who is looking for similar information, the best way to go about letting anyone know he is the father of your child is to take a DNA test. This way, you take any questions out of the equation. Also, where there are questions about wh othe father is, it may be too late for this time, but next time, please be more careful about how many people you are sleeping with, because that can really put you in an awkward position. It also increases the risk to both yourself and your partners of STD's and a pregnancy where you will have to go through the embarrassment of having more than one man tested to find out who the father is.
