How can I collect child support from deadbeat dad that is now recieving ssi from an accident Support order was issued in new jersey and now the deadbeat dad lives in philly. He never has been picked up by bench warrant regarding the back child support. |

I know for a FACT that you can NOT income execute any money from anyone who is on SSI. U can if they recieve SSD. It is sad but true. Been there, done that. It makes no difference how much you make or don't. Your number's do NOT matter. I fought my behind off in court for quite a while. His lawyer told me these facts that I refused to believe on count of my true belief that my children were not a number. Unfortunatly our "justice system" views Our children as just that... A number.
