Grandparents have legal guardianship of minor and they divorce If the biological grandmother and non biological grandfather divorve and they have legal guardianship of the grandmthers biological grandson, can the grandmother go after the nonbiological grandfather for child support |

Typically no. This is mainly because you are not the biological parents. You can make an attempt to go after child support, and depending on other circumstances, you may be able to get them, but as a whole, typically the courts would not grant you child support. The only way you could get child support would be going after either the biological mother, or father. You could fight for child support on either of those parents.
