You are fighting a losing battle here.once your ex filed for medical and food stamps from the state he had to sign a form allowing the state to prusue you for child support. When that happened they then became the third party meaning they can override the orignal child support order by filing a motion with the court to increase your child support payments,even though your ex would not take the $30.00 a week you could of called the child support services and made the payments to them,you are legally responiable to pay all those back payments along with the knew amount of child support if there is a knew order in effect. If the child support services will not work with you because you do not have a job,then I would sujest you get one even if it is parttime and then call them bacl and try to make reasoniable payments to them. The reason why you could not get them to work with you on your back child support payments with you new husband is because the state cannot touch your husbands incom for child support. You could consider having your husband take out a loan and repay the state,your ex will not get the support the state will for the monies they have put out for the medical and food stamps.

You are a dead beat mom fussing over paying $30 dollars a week for your children. You deserve jail time.

Your a silly silly sad person, my kids dad is way more behind than that and shame on you! there are plenty of things you can do to take care of your child. remember child support does not just go to the child. it goes toward rent,utilities ,clothing activities and each time your money did not get paid you basically told your child no! no! No you may not have the heat on today no you have to wear the shoes that have a whole in them no i am sorry you may not have what you would like for christmas or your birthday because the other parent had to use all of their money to take care of the essential that you were to selfish to consider! but hey i bet you have been able to buy your carton of smokes and you were able to have mc donalds or whatever but your baby that needed you to be a parent i am sure they are just fine without your back support! and everytime your child wore dirty clothes it was your fault because laundry soap can be expensive and perhaps the water was shut off! i bet you accuse the other parent about being a deadbeat! huh! put your pride away looser and suck it up pay your money back to your baby
