If his first or second marriage were legitimate according to the Church, then your marriage to him will be an easy case for annulment. His hiding one of his marriages helps you too. Call your priest to get you started.

Answer 3/3 - Submitted 12/13/2009

You need to speak with an attorney. There are some attorneys that work pro bono (for free). Contact health and human services and ask for any help they can suggest. Since you are pregnant, you will need help financially with raising the baby. Don't let him off the hook for that. If you try and get an anulment, it is more than likely that you would not be given what you will need to survive now and in the future. Look out for the best interest for the future as much as just getting out of the marriage now.
