Department of Child Support Services paperwork If the employee is no longer employed, do we still need to complete the wage and insurance verification sections? |

You should fill out the sections with the last known job that you have on the parent,with his/her wages and insurance. Also note that this is the last known job and that the employee is not longer working there. This still gives child support services something to go on when determing another child support order. If the parent gets another job the social services will find out though the parents social security number and can update the files at a later time when they find out where he/she works.
