Child support law If a mother has a baby and decided that she will never let the father beknown to him or the true father...once the child becomes 18 years of age in the state of ohio...is the father responsible for back child support for the past 18 years...if the true father never knew that the mother had a baby..and decided to tell the true father about the situation till after the child was over 18 years of age? |
